The man told jurors last week that his former wife had been attracted to his "high morals" when they met as high school students in Paterson.
The former wife, and a daughter who says she bore him a child, have already testified that he told them he wanted to create "pure" family bloodlines.
The man, who was arrested in 2006, has pleaded not guilty.
