There were no unusual pranks pulled at President Obama's visit Friday, but Action News has learned what has come of that streaker from the president's it Sunday.

Juan Rodriguez is not getting the million.

He was arrested after he stripped naked at the event in Germantown on what amounted to a dare.

The Los Angeles-based billionaire who put him up to it says Rodriguez didn't fulfill all the requirements, because the President never saw the stark-naked publicity stunt.

So instead of the million dollars promised, Alki David says he will pay Rodriguez's rent for the next year, his sister's hospital bills and an undisclosed chunk of cash.

It's not clear in all of this who got the most exposure.
