Believe it or not, the key to getting this job done quickly and efficiently is a car washing mitt. The mitt is designed to cover large areas quickly and to cut through grime easily.
Start with a bucket of warm water with a squirt of dish soap and a quarter cup of white vinegar or ammonia.
Using the mitt, WORK from the top down washing side to side. The fact that the mitt fits over your hand makes it such and easy tool to power through this job.
Once you have the windows clean, use a squeegee to remove excess water.
Try using the squeegee in the same way you washed, work from the top down but swipe side to side, first left to right and then right to left.
Make sure that you wipe the squeegee in between swipes.
To get into tight corners and edges, grab another car washing tool - a chamois. It will wisk the water out of those crevices and leave a streak free shine! I'm Mrs. Fixit and it's just that simple!
