Twenty-nine-year-old Shane E. Kiser was arrested Saturday after he allegedly went to a Dover-area hotel to meet with the fictional father and son. He's been charged with attempted rape and solicitation and is being held on $500,000 cash bail.
Prosecutors say the second suspect, a Maryland man, was arrested on Oct. 17 outside a restaurant. The man, who was charged with attempted rape and conspiracy, was not identified because federal authorities are investigating him.
