Police say 64-year-old Kenneth Bender, Jr. of Coatesville, was arrested on Wednesday.
Investigators say they received a tip that Bender was in possession of child pornography in his home.
Officers searched his home, where they allegedly found evidence of sex assault of two children over several years.
Authorities go on to say that further searches of Bender's computer and other devices revealed numerous images and videos of child pornography.
Some of those images were of the two juvenile victims, police said.
Bender was sent to the Chester County Prison after failing to post $100,000 cash bail.
