The victim is a 26-year-old female, who police say is not a student and is not affiliated with the college in any way.
The victim was walking on the campus, located at 9601 Germantown Avenue, in the early hours of Saturday when she was assaulted by an unknown male next to a residence hall.
Police do not believe the suspect is affiliated with the college. He is described as a black male with a dark complexion between the ages of 23 and 27, 5'8 to 5'10, and was wearing blue jeans and a grey hooded sweatshirt.
The victim was rushed to Episcopal Hospital for treatment.
