Under arrest is Ashley T. Hart, 23, of Middletown.
Police say early Saturday morning, when her boyfriend, a 20-year-old man from Townsend, tried to end the relationship. Hart allegedly grabbed a knife and stabbed the man in the arm.
Officers arrested Hart. The stabbing victim was treated at the hospital and released.
Hart faces one count each of Assault Second Degree and Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony. She's free on bond.
