A jury in Fresno, California, has sided with Janet Orlando, and says she should get paid for getting smacked on the bottom in front of co-workers.
The woman had a $1.4 million settlement with her former employer, over the so-called team building exercise.
But she never got a penny.
Anaheim-based Alarm One and its liability insurers challenged the settlement contract.
They contended no bank would finance the deal, so they didn't have to pay.
But a jury has found that Orlando is entitled to the money.
