The accident happened at around 8:30 p.m. Sunday on S. DuPont Highway south of Killens Pond Road.
Police say the crash involved a vehicle and a utility truck from the Harrington Fire Department.
One adult and one juvenile have been confirmed dead.
The investigation into the crash is on-going. More details will be released at a later time.
On Sunday night, State Police were asking motorists to avoid the area if possible.
