It happened around 9:00 p.m. at 20th and Federal streets.
When police arrived they found a 20-year-old man shot in the chest and a 17-year-old boy shot in the arm and leg.
Both were taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Their conditions were not known.
The names of the victims were not released.
