In a news release sent out Friday morning, police said Abdel Anderson, 36, was last seen at Mifflin Horizon House Behavioral Health Center on October 10th.
The center is located in the 1900 block of South 6th Street.
Police said Anderson suffers from Paranoid Schizophrenia and requires daily medication.
Abdel is known to frequent the Gallery at 900 Market Street.
He is described as 5'11" tall, about 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
