Investigators say Thomas Roche, of Silvia Avenue in the North Cape May Section of Lower Township was last seen October 29th.
Roche is described as a white male, age 34, 5'5" tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds with short brown hair and black eyes. Roche normally wears glasses Roche was last seen wearing an Eagle's Visor, gray Phillies Sweatshirt with the wording "Rollins" on the back of the sweat shirt, black shorts and silver sneakers.
He was last seen operating a silver 2009 Ford Escape with NJ plates: ZBU74N. Anyone with information about Thomas Roche or his SUV is asked to call the Lower Township Detective Division at (609) 886-1619, ext. 125.
