The action cam was in the 3700 block of Morrell Avenue near Frankford, where police say a speeding pickup truck went out of control at 11:45 Saturday night.
The truck hit several concrete barriers and a tree before it flipped over, ejected the driver and then hit the wall of a NovaCare rehab facility.
The 22-year-old driver died at the scene.
A passenger, also 22, is being treated at Aria Hospital-Torresdale.
Police say they were on their way home from Saturday night's Flyers game.
