The lawsuit claims Wells Fargo Insurance Services didn't set Hogan up with an umbrella policy that would have protected his net worth in an event like the car crash involving his son and a friend. Hogan settled a lawsuit with the family of the young man
critically injured in the crash, but the terms were not disclosed.The new court papers say Linda Bollea was also responsible for the insurance because she claimed she was the couple's business manager.
