Connecticut authorities hope to stack the deck against criminals when prison inmates play cards.
The prisoners are getting free decks of cards that have pictures of victims in cold cases and short descriptions of the crimes.
Helping to solve some of those cases could lead to a reward.
Connecticut officials note that similar programs in other states have been successful.
