No preliminary hearing dates have been set on the charges filed against David Perkins, of Herminie, which include corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children, and open lewdness.
State police say they filed the charges Friday based on incidents reported Wednesday near a school in Jeannette and bus stops in nearby Hempfield Township, both about 25 miles east of Pittsburgh.
Police say Perkins confessed to being aroused by the incidents. Online court records do not list an attorney for him.
