Collingswood police say 31-year-old Krista Romano of Haddon Township was charged with theft after admitting she took the money.
Officials say Romano deposited proceeds from the Collingswood Little League's snack stands into her own bank account. The alleged ongoing theft occurred between October 2009 and September of this year.
Police told the Courier-Post of Cherry Hill that they began investigating the matter last month after being alerted to the financial discrepancy.
Romano was released on her own recognizance, and it was not known if she had retained a lawyer.
