Walter Bryant, 67, was missing from Fair Acres Geriatric Center in Delaware County since Monday afternoon.
On Wednesday afternoon authorities say Bryant has been found and will be returned to the facility in Middletown Township.
He was located in a library at 7th and Engel streets in Chester, and appears in fine condition.
A member of the public called police when they saw him around 2:00 p.m. today.
