Council chairman Jack Whelan and other leaders stopped by the Coffee Station in Morton on Tuesday morning to get the word out about CHIP -- the Children's Health insurance Program.
He says 139,000 kids in Pennsylvania don't have insurance.
CHIP is available to every child... some for free, others for a low premium.
