The robbery happened just past midnight at the fast food restaurant along the 1500 block of South Columbus Boulevard.
Detectives say the pair stole about $1,000, shoved one employee into the freezer and then ran off on foot.
There were no injuries.
Police describe the suspects as two armed Asian men, around 5'7" in height, and wearing ski masks and dark hooded sweatshirts.
