State Police say 42-year-old Wyndam L. Scott was arrested Saturday. Police say Scott had been arguing on the telephone with an unidentified Dover man and encouraged him to come over to his house to settle their differences. The unidentified man was then driven to Scott's house, where he was allegedly fired at by Scott, who fled the scene with the driver.
State Police say investigators found a bullet hole in the vehicle's windshield and recovered a revolver.
