UPS to require photo IDs for shipping packages

Cargo containers stand behind a security fence after they were searched by British police at the East Midlands airport, in Derby, England, about two hours north of London, Friday Oct. 29, 2010. A foreign intelligence service is thought to have alerted authorities to the possible terrorist threat in U.S., and Britain to investigate packages shipped from Yemen to Chicago religious sites, although no explosives have yet been found.
