The shooting occurred just after 6:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Runway Gas Station located in the 1700 block of Greenwood Avenue.
Hamilton Township Police say the 45-year-old male attendant was in a booth when he was approached by three men wearing masks and hoodies.
One of the men fired into the booth, striking the attendant in the abdomen.
The victim was reported conscious and alert when police arrived.
The man was taken to Capital Health System Fuld Campus in Trenton.
The suspects were last seen fleeing on foot towards Walnut Street.
