Officials tell Action News the fire started at the rear of the home along the 700 block of East Race Street in Stowe, Montgomery County.
The fire started just after midnight.
Everyone got out of the house, but one person had to be treated for breathing in smoke.
There's no word from firefighters on the exact cause of the blaze.
