It happened just after 1:00 p.m. on the White Horse Pike near Linden Avenue.
Early word from the scene was that the tractor trailer and the SUV collided head-on.
The view from Chopper 6 HD shows the front-end of the SUV smashed in with debris littering the roadway.
A white sheet was draped over the SUV's windshield.
Meanwhile, the front end of the tractor trailer was nearly sheared off.
Police have not said in which vehicle the deceased victim was in,but it appears that a person in the SUV was killed. Another person involved in this crash was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition.
