30-year-old Kevin Bennett, of Smyrna, was arrested late Thursday night.
It was just after 11:00 p.m. when Smyrna Police, acting on a request from the U.S. Marshals Service, stopped a car on Route 300 in the area of Wheatley's Pond.
The Marshals advised that Bennett was in the vehicle and was wanted by police for the killing of 22-year-old Dominick Young of Philadelphia.
Young was found dead back on October 4th in the 2100 block of Gould Street with a gunshot wound to the back of the head.
Bennett was arrested without incident.
