Richard Martinez is the latest to be charged in the shooting that injured Officer Kevin Livewell.
Police say Livewell and another officer stopped a van on July 15th that was believed to have been involved in an earlier shooting. As the officers approached the van, shots rang out.
Police say Martinez and 26-year-old Anel Cuenas shot at Officer Livewell with AK-47's.
36-year-old Ramos DeJesus was behind the wheel of the van during the gunfire.
Cuenas and DeJesus were arrested a few days after the shooting.
Officer Livewell underwent surgeries, but survived his injuries.
