The Action Cam was along the 4000 block of Kirkwood Highway in Marshallton, Delaware.
There, around 6:30 p.m., a man, while walking along the side of the road, stepped onto a soft patch of road only to have it give way.
The man was rendered immobile for about a half hour, that's when a passerby noticed his dilemma and called 9-1-1.
Fire crews from Millcreek and Cranston Heights responded and used shovels to dig the man out.
The man was treated for hypothermia at the scene.
Officials have not said why the road gave way.
