A 23-year-old man was rushed to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania around 9:00 p.m. with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was later pronounced dead at the hospital .
He was found by police on the corner of Millick and Arch streets.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
Police are searching for the shooter or shooters.
