Police arrested 44-year-old Vincent Stevens of Wilmington on Saturday. Police say Stevens stabbed two 24-year-olds and a 36-year-old during a gathering in an apartment and that the victims and Stevens know one another. All three victims were stabbed multiple times, but their injuries appear to be non-life-threatening.
Stevens has been charged with assault and is being held on a $10,000 secured bond.
