Officials in eastern Pennsylvania say a man was killed in a fire on Christmas Day.

Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim says the victim, who was about 60 years old, was found unresponsive shortly after 8 p.m. Saturday following the blaze in the Bethlehem home.

Grim says the man was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg, where he was pronounced dead about an hour later from smoke inhalation and burns.

Authorities believe the victim lived at the home but were waiting for family members to confirm his identity.
