Action News was on the scene at West Girard Avenue and North Marshall Street in North Philadelphia, just before 2:00 Friday morning.
Our cameras captured flames leaping from the roof of the four story commercial building.
According to officials, the fire was reported in a beauty shop at 1:36 a.m.
Fire crews struck the second alarm just after 2:00 a.m. and was finally brought under control at 3:03 a.m.
There were no injuries and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
