Do you have a box of borax in the cupboard? If you do, pull it out! It has so many great uses.

To boost your laundry detergent, add six tablespoons of borax to your regular detergent to eliminate odors, brighten white and remove stains.

Fine china requires hand washing. A tip, rinse it in hot water mixed with several tablespoons of borax. The borax will remove soap residue. Then, rinse them again under hot running water and you'll be left with a brilliant shine!

Sink drains get clogged with grease and other food residue. Mix together a strong solution of boiling water and borax and pour it down the drain. It will loosen the grease and sweep away the dirt and residue.

You can use borax to dry flowers. Mix one part borax with two parts cornmeal in a container with an airtight lid.

Lay your flowers in the mixture and put it in a cool, dry spot for a week or so.

A few great ways that borax can help around the home! I'm Mrs. Fixit and it's just that simple!
