Agents from the Pennsylvania SPCA were back out at a hoarding house in South Philadelphia.

The building has been deemed unfit for habitation.

Agents had to suit up in protective gear because of the unsanitary conditions and flea infestations.

They also brought in cans of cat food and cages to try and trap the remaining animals.

Over the weekend, 21 cats were rescued from the home on the 2100 block of South Chadwick.

6 others were found dead.
