One person is dead and two others were critically injured after a triple shooting in the Olney section of Philadelphia overnight.

Police say it was around 11:40 p.m. Monday when they were first called out to the 100 block of Widener Street. However, once on location, they were met by a group of females who stated nothing was wrong and nobody called police.

Then, about 20 minutes later, shots were reported in the area of the 200 block of Widener St.

Police responded and found a 19-year-old male shot in the chest and unconscious in the street.

Police were then approached by a 34-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman who stated that they also had been shot.

Officers took the 19-year-old to Einstein Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

The other victims were listed in critical but stable condition for their gunshot wounds.

Police have made no arrests and listed no known motive but they are looking for a black male in his 30's, about 5' 9" tall with a bald head, who was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans at the time of the incident.
