The Colorado Department of Higher Education is suspending Greenway University in Denver.
It's a state-certified medical marijuana training school.
Courses include everything from growing to selling medicinal marijuana.
Department officials tell a local TV station the owner of Greenway failed to disclose a conviction in California on embezzlement charges.
The school plans to appeal.
