It happened around 2:40 Sunday morning, at the Emerald Ridge Apartments located on the 100 block of Gibbsboro Road.
Police and medics were called to the scene, where they found a male shot once in the stomach.
The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
No word on any arrests.
