Rattay says the decision to close the clinic inside the Northeast State Service Center was made two weeks ago. The clinic provides pregnancy testing, physical exams, birth control education, counseling, HPV vaccinations, Pap tests, breast exams and the screening and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.

are already providing the same type of care.
