It was originally built for President Barack Obama's inauguration.
The restroom trailer has granite counters, climate control and even an audio system.
The restroom contest is sponsored by the Cintas Corporation, which sells commercial bathroom supplies and other products.
The potty-using public is invited to vote in the contest at bestrestroom.com.
