Authorities say he ran into an unmarked police car filled with undercover cops.
According to officers in Salem, Massachusetts, Jimilian knocked off one of the mirrors on the car.
Police say he told them he was in a hurry.
The Salem News reports officers found cash, three bags of pot and four bags of cocaine on Jimilian.
He's pleaded innocent to a number of charges, including drug possession with intent to distribute.
