Police say they have finally identified the woman who was killed in an accident earlier this week.

New Jersey State Police say the woman is Amanda Dadura, 33 years old of Pine Hill, N.J.

She was identified by a relative, police say.

Investigators had released a description of the woman and photos of her tattoos as part of the effort to learn her identity.

The accident happened Sunday at 1:19 a.m. along State Highway 42 north in Gloucester Township.

An investigation by troopers at the scene revealed that Dadura entered the left lane of northbound 42 from the center median and was initially struck by a BMW.

She was subsequently struck by several other vehicles.

The drivers of all the vehicles remained at the scene and have been interviewed by detectives.
