43-year-old Mary Pappas was charged yesterday with vehicular homicide, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
She was involved in a fatal crash late Saturday night at East Chestnut Avenue and New Panther Road in Vineland.
The impact caused one car to flip over.
Another car careened off the road and landed in a field.
59-year-old Joann Guzzi was killed.
