Police say this is one of two men who forced the girl into a car on July 11th.
She had been standing at Gaul and Letterly Streets in Kensington when the men grabbed her.
They drove her to Richmond Street and Lehigh Avenue where one of the men forced the girl out of the vehicle, then to nearby train tracks and sexually assaulted her.
Police have listed the suspect's description as follows:
Age: 19 - 21 y/o
Race: Black
Sex: Male
Height: 5'9"
Complexion: Brown
Build: Thin
Facial Hair: Beard/ Mustache
Vehicle: Black, square designed car with red doors.
