Suspect sought in multiple pizza shop robberies

PHILADELPHIA - August 5, 2011

The most recent incident happened on Wednesday at Mom's Pizza at 219 East Willow Grove Avenue. Investigators say the man pointed a gun at an employee and demanded money.

That worker gave the suspect $190 in cash from the register and the bandit fled.

He is described as a black male standing 5'10" tall with a dark complexion. He was wearing a ski mask, black pants and a blue shirt.

A suspect fitting a similar description is also wanted for the robbery of a Holiday Express pizza at 7415 Stenton Avenue on July 29th and a Papa John's Pizza at 1555 Wadsworth Avenue on July 31st.
