The shooting occurred around 3:30 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Rockland Street.
Police say a 20-year old man was shot in the chest. He was rushed by medics to Albert Einstein Medical Center in critical condition.
A second man, also age 20, was shot in the right foot. He was rushed by a civilian vehicle to Einstein where he is stable.
No arrests have been made.
