Investigators say the body of a black male was first spotted shortly after 7:00am.
Police say he was just over six feet tall and weighed approximately 300 pounds.
He had corn rows in his hair, a goatee, and was wearing black sweatpants and a black tee-shirt.
Police are asking anyone who may know the identity of this man to call Palmyra Police at (856) 829-0198.
