Urine trouble

UNIONTOWN, Pa. (AP) - August 18, 2011

The Herald-Standard of Uniontown reports Wednesday that 28-year-old Robert Huey was ordered to stand trial in all three cases after waiving a preliminary hearing Tuesday. Online court records don't list a defense attorney.

Huey was charged with stealing the donation can for Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh from the Fayette County Courthouse on Aug. 10. Authorities say the Uniontown man spent $25 from the can on his phone bill and bus fare.

Huey was arrested for shoplifting later that day and found with several stolen items, as well as the urine sample.
