Following the announcement that Major League Baseball suspended the Flyin' Hawaiian for three games for his role in a brawl during a Phillies-Giants game in San Francisco on August 5th, Victorino appealed.
His voice has been heard.
Victorino will be out only the next two games instead of the original three.
He will not be in the lineup tonight against the Arizona Diamondbacks nor tomorrow night when the Phillies meet the Washington Nationals.
Victorino was also fined for the incident.
Phillies third baseman Placido Polanco, Giants pitcher Ramon Ramirez and catcher Eli Whiteside were fined as well.
