Sunday service is cancelled at the Emmanauel AME Church 5917 Chestnut St, Phila. Pa.
Eddystone Borough has issued a Mandatory evacuation for Eddystone Ave (Chester Pike to 10th St. Even Number side), 8th street, and the Eddystone Village Area. The Emergency shelter will be at the Lighthouse Hall, 1400 Block of 9th St. A bus will be available for transportation to Evacuation center by calling 610-874-5800.
All branches of the YMCA of Philadelphia & Vicinity will close today at 6pm, and remain closed through Sunday.
The Brandywine River Museum in Chadds Ford will be closed on Sunday, August 28, 2011.
The Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA) will be closed tomorrow, Sunday, August 28, 2011.
The Phillies 1:05 p.m. game Saturday has been rescheduled as part of a day/night doubleheader on Thursday, September 15 starting at 2:35 p.m.
SEPTA
:
Running hourly shuttle bus service in place of trains on the Airport Regional Rail Line starting at 5 p.m. Saturday.
The Airport, Wilmington/Newark, Paoli/Thorndale, Trenton and Chestnut Hill West Regional Rail Lines will all cease operations at 5 p.m. due to Amtrak's Northeast Corridor service suspension.
Shuttle buses will only be available for limited service along the Airport Line.
Service on all other SEPTA Regional Rail Lines will continue as scheduled through Saturday night.
Lines that will continue service include: Chestnut Hill East, Fox Chase, Lansdale/Doylestown, Manayunk/Norristown, Media/Elwyn, Warminster, and West Trenton. Trips on these lines will depart as scheduled until 12:30 a.m. Sunday, when SEPTA will shut down all services system-wide.

PATCO Service will be suspended on Sunday, 8-28-2011 until the storm has passed & the rail system has been deemed safe.
A State of Emergency for the City of Vineland, will be declared at 6:00 PM on Saturday, August 27. Travel will be restricted to emergency personnel after that time.
