The accident happened around 7:45 a.m. at the intersection of Kings Highway and Park Boulevard.
The unidentified man was unresponsive after being hit and rushed to Cooper University Medical Center in critical condition.
Police are investigating.
Initial reports from the scene indicated the victim was a child.
